Cilantro Guacamole
Yield: Makes 2 cups
Ingredients

large avocados, seeled and peeled

cilantro, finely chopped

Directions:
Mash avocados in a mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill up to 8 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
