Frozen Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

(8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened

(12 oz.) frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
|
|
|
| 2 |

(20 oz. each) frozen strawberries, thawed
|
|
|
| 1 |
carton |
(12 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
|
|
|
| 3 |
|
prepared graham cracker crusts (10-inch)
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Garnish: Fresh strawberries and
|
|
|
|
|
additional whipped topping
|
|
|
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in lemonade concentrate. Mash berries; add to cream cheese mixture and mix well. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into crusts. Freeze until firm. Remove from the freezer 10-15 minutes before serving. Garnish with strawberries and whipped cream, if desired.
